Where We Started

Back in 2018, I was working with small creative agencies here in Sydney and kept seeing the same problem. Talented designers, brilliant marketers, amazing photographers – all struggling with the business side of things.

Cash flow issues were killing great ideas. People were charging too little, spending without structure, and honestly? Most were one bad month away from closing shop.

That's when zelivosara started. Not as some grand corporate vision, but because creative businesses needed someone who actually understood both the numbers and the creative process.

We've worked with over 180 creative businesses across Australia since then. Photography studios in Melbourne, design agencies in Brisbane, marketing consultants in Perth. Each one taught us something new about what actually works in the real world.
